The design employs special maru-higo (rounded bamboo strips) which are carefully bent to form the elegant crescent silhouette, reflecting authentic Japanese wood and bamboo working traditions.

Natural Materials & Easy Installation

Crafted from lightweight Japanese cedar (sugi) and premium bamboo, the piece is finished with a natural plant-based oil that protects the wood without creating a heavy surface film, preserving the soft warmth and unique grain of the cedar. To make installation simple, the altar features pre-attached hanging loops and includes wooden pins for secure wall mounting.
